The sea touching the sand
The sea touching the sky
The picture looked perfect
Freedom and silence is what it gives

But the sky is unreachable
The sea is unending
A bitter truth that it always meets
but being together will never be

That’s just how people are s wrong
Doesn’t mean that it looked perfect means it’s complete
Doesn’t mean it has everything means it doesn’t need anything
Sometimes, it’s the simplest thing is all that makes us fulfilling
After visiting Cape Engaño, the boatmen led us to an area of Anguib Beach with no entrance fee. Anguib Beach is one of Cagayan Valley’s tourist spots in the Philippines. However, Bhing wanted us to move to a better place. So, we transferred to a new resort, laid out our beach mats, and then a guy approached us and asked for an entrance fee of P100.

Anguib Beach is a place to visit if you want fine white sand, which is why it’s called the Boracay of the North. The water is crystal clear. Danicca was so happy, like a kid, when she saw a school of fish. On the other hand, the tranquility of Anguib is the complete opposite of Boracay’s sociable and crowded environment.

Since this place is not commercialized, the locals advised us to bring our own food. As we roamed around, there was a group of people around our age exploring the beauty of the beach with a drone. They seemed to be having a great time enjoying the peacefulness of the place.

Aside from the cottages (P500), there are also tents (P800), but I forgot to take a picture. It’s a great place to stay overnight since there are no hotels available.
We only had a problem after we finished at the beach. The shower was not well-maintained due to insufficient water supply. To be honest, we were grumbling at first because we paid an entrance fee but encountered this issue. But then, we just laughed when we walked out of the shower room with soap and shampoo all over our bodies.
And I had sepanx when I took this picture before leaving the beach. Oh, good times!
