My mother and I wouldn’t have reached Tita Ging’s View Deck if I hadn’t pushed to increase the car’s odometer. I wanted to avoid the expressway to save money from toll fees, so I looked for a destination near our area in Novaliches, QC.
Since I have never been to Norzagaray, I felt quite excited. We usually travel south to Tagaytay or Batangas; in fact, we visited Ridge Park Tagaytay just last month.
Tita Ging’s View Deck Entrance Fee
This part of Bulacan is not a commercialized area, so you won’t see many establishments. You will pass a few other tourist attractions that offer overlooking views, though those usually charge a small entrance fee. At this specific spot, you don’t have to pay an entrance fee because it is a restaurant with free view.
They open at 7:00 AM and close at 9:00 PM.
The Overlooking View
The highlight of this trip is undoubtedly the view. Reaching Tita Ging’s View Deck feels like you’ve scaled a mountain without actually doing the work. Since the deck sits at a high elevation, the mountain peaks are at eye level, and the clouds feel close enough to touch. This feeling reminded me of my Mount Apo hike. I also realized that lately, I have been visiting mostly high-altitude spots.
From here, you get a stunning panoramic view of the Ipo Dam, a vital concrete gravity dam in the Philippines located within the Angat Watershed Forest Reserve. It sits just 7.5 kilometers downstream from the larger Angat Dam. Eating with this backdrop makes you feel like a bird perched in its nest!

Parking at Tita Ging’s
Because I only saw this on TikTok, I didn’t realize there was no formal parking for cars, so I just parked on the side of the road. However, as I drove off to head home, I thought I glimpsed a parking space, though I’m not entirely sure. Please correct me if you’ve visited with a car!
Usually, motorcycle riders frequent this place because they don’t struggle with parking. The road is zigzagging; some parts are flat, while others are a bit bumpy.
