Lately, I’ve been craving chicken wings (especially from Buffalo’s Wings N’ Things), but I haven’t had the time to dine there. The branch I know is located at SM North Annex, which feels too far from the MRT North Avenue Station.
That’s why it was a pleasant surprise when I received an invite from Kim—on behalf of Open Rice—for a food event at Buffalo’s Wings N’ Things’ newest food branch in Quezon City. Despite my busy schedule, I didn’t hesitate to say yes!

Below is the photo showing the heat level of their Buffalo wings for your guide:

However, I only got to try their Honey BBQ. Yes, I was playing it safe! It has a sweet and tangy flavor, and the spiciness level is very manageable.

Here’s the dirty rice if you’re really feeling the heat… mainly from the wings! What’s on top is essentially the salsa dip for the nachos.

The quesadilla at Buffalo’s Wings N’ Things tastes good as well, but it was a bit thin for my liking. However, it would make a good side dish.

Meanwhile, the marketing manager, Miss Regine, informed us bloggers about a contest to see who could finish six pieces of Ultimate Wingsanity. Some of my teammates joined and said they felt the heat from their throat to their face. They were basically sweating! They couldn’t endure the spiciness, so they ended up eating just one piece each instead.

Buffalo’s Wings N’ Things feels spacious and is also well-lit. The prices are reasonable based on their serving size. One order of chicken wings is enough to make you feel full. I’ve dined at a different branch of Buffalo’s Wings N’ Things before, and if I were to compare their service with the Fairview Terraces branch, I’d say the Fairview Terraces branch has more courteous servers.
The dishes here can be quite challenging to eat, especially for those who can’t handle the heat.
So, what are you waiting for? Get buffaloed now!
