The speaker shared with us the secret to staying young according to National Geographic. First is to stop eating when you’re 80% full, eat more plants, pour yourself some red wine, lose the muffin top, use your brain, laugh a lot, make love and have Faith. With all that have mentioned, it only implies that we should take a pause and respect with what our body calls for.
Meanwhile, the owners told us that they treat Blue Water Day Spa as their baby because it is the business that they have put it together after getting married, indicating that they’ve been together as husband and wife for five years, too.

The bloggers had the chance to have a tour of the facilities of the spa. Blue Water Day Spa is located on the second floor with its front desk and waiting area.
But wait, there’s more. How would you like to be pampered while watching a movie? Yes, they have an amenity amazing as that, and we were able to experience a massage while watching a movie as well. I’m not just quite sure if you can request for a film to be played.
