Hello everyone! How’s everything going so far? Well, I’m writing a late post about something that happened around three months ago. Forgive me. I’ve just been prioritizing sponsored posts that needed to go out first.
Today, I’ll be sharing about a dinner I had with my college friends after we watched a UAAP game at Araneta—the one where UST lost their second game against La Salle. Sigh. That loss definitely put us in a gloomy mood, so we tried to cheer ourselves up by dining at a Southwestern-inspired restaurant in Quezon City. We headed over to Chili’s, a sports bar in Tomas Morato that served just the kind of comfort food we needed!
Appetizer
Bottomless Tostada Chips (P350)
We started off by having this crunchy appetizer—their Tostada Chips. The chips’ taste is just plain, but the salsa and cheese dips on the side make it really addicting. This is the second time that we dined here and it seems that having this will be an SOP.

Boneless Buffalo Chicken Salad (P270)
This dish of Chili’s truly didn’t fail us. It gave us what we wanted: spicy. This salad is very rich in ingredients—blue cheese crumbles, bacon, carrots, tortilla strips, and pico de gallo. Ranch dressing is served with it, too.

Sandwich
Cajun Club Sandwich (P410)
This club sandwich is good for a party of six people. We chose Cajun because we want a dish full of spices, the same way we were spiced up by the game we just watched. Anyway, Chili’s Cajun Club sandwich consists of grilled chicken, bacon, cheddar & Swiss cheese, jalapeño, lettuce, and tomato.
You can also check out the sandwiches at Il Padrino in Ayala Fairview Terraces.

Pasta
Grilled Shrimp Alfredo Pasta (P535)
We decided to have it with white sauce this time.

Burger
Big Mouth Burger Bites (P420)
The name of this dish suits us well—big mouth. Aside from the burger patty, it also has bacon. Talk about a protein attack! Crispy onion rings are served with it, too.

Since this post is a personal adventure, I paid for it. But paying for Chili’s is worth my every penny. This casual restaurant is definitely a great place to dine with friends. You can glug beers along with your meal (if you want), chat ‘till 12 midnight, or watch sports and just hang out. Chili’s is definitely a great place to chill!
Craving for dessert? Treat yourself to something sweet and satisfying at Conti’s. From their signature Mango Bravo to their rich pastries and cakes, it’s the perfect place to indulge your sweet tooth.
