La Mesa Eco Park is a preserved nature park located near La Mesa Dam, the primary source of water for most of Metro Manila. The park was established to promote the rehabilitation and protection of the La Mesa Watershed, in partnership with:
- ABS-CBN – a television network
- Metropolitan Water Services – a water utility service
- Quezon City – where La Mesa Eco Park is located

The park is a great place for family bonding, team building, outings, and even soul-searching. Truly, many of the fun things to do in Quezon City are nestled here in La Mesa Eco Park. Why? Because it’s a place where you can reconnect with nature and take a break from electronic gadgets (or at least limit your internet access). Cameras are an exception, of course!
