As they say, we people in our thirties are tired of going out and just want to relax. I often notice in my conversations with friends that we now prefer getting massages. Naturally, Nuat Thai is one of our favorite places to visit for a body massage.

Swedish Massage
My go-to service at Nuat Thai is the Swedish massage, which costs ₱600 for a one-hour session. The therapist applies soothing oil to the body, allowing smooth and gentle strokes that melt away stress. It’s not too intense—just the right balance of relaxation and relief. By the end of the session, you can really feel the muscle tension ease and the ‘lamig’ in your body fade away, leaving you refreshed and lighter.

Ventosa with Massage
The Ventosa with massage lasts for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Yes, it’s only an extra 5 minutes, but the price goes up to ₱850. It may seem a bit expensive, but I haven’t found another massage place nearby that offers this service. From what I’ve observed, after massaging my back, the therapist places the cups on it. While the cups stay in place, they continue by massaging the lower part of my body. I find it practical too since it saves time.
Nuat Thai Body Massage
My friend chose the Nuat Thai Body Massage because she doesn’t like oil applied to her skin. Thai massage focuses more on stretching, so it’s important to let the therapist know if you have any medical conditions. That way, they can be mindful and adjust the stretches to suit your body safely.

Verdict
I guess this has become my go-to place because it feels safe. I don’t really know other massage spots, and some I’ve tried before felt sketchy or weren’t that clean. I’ve also been to a few nicer ones, but they were too expensive. For regular maintenance, this place fits my budget and gives me peace of mind. Sometimes, the face hole on the massage bed has a bit of a smell, so I just wear a mask. Hopefully, they’d allow customers to bring their own covers for that. If you’re looking for relaxing places to visit in Quezon City, Nuat Thai is definitely one of the top spots to unwind and recharge.
