Are you looking for a quick escape from the city heat without traveling to the province? My mom’s friends and I recently decided to skip the long drive and head to Ace Water Spa in Quezon City. As the designated driver for the day, I got to experience firsthand why this indoor hydrotherapy facility is a favorite for families and barkadas alike.
If you’re planning a visit, here is everything you need to know about the best indoor spa in QC.
Another indoor activity you might want to try is the Stronghand Shooting Range in QC.
What is Ace Water Spa?
Unlike a traditional swimming pool, Ace Water Spa is a massive hydrotherapy facility. It uses 25 different massage systems to target specific muscle groups. Since it’s an indoor facility, it’s a great year-round destination regardless of the weather in Manila.
Ace Water Spa Rates and Rules (2026 Update)
To make the most of your 4-hour stay, keep these logistics in mind:
- Ace Water Spa Price: ₱680 per person (Adult rate).

Strict Swimwear Policy (What to Wear)

Ace Water Spa Facilities
From hydro massage, soothing hot herbal pools and saunas to a dedicated lapping pool, this indoor sanctuary offers the ultimate temperature-controlled escape for all ages.
The Hydro-Massage Experience
The spa uses an ultrasonic jet system to provide deep-tissue relief. You can target your shoulders, back, glutes, thighs, waist, thighs, calves, and more!
The best part? The water is warm and relaxing, featuring 9 heated pools and 1 cold pool. It’s shallow enough (waist to chest deep) that even non-swimmers can feel completely safe and relaxed.
For a traditional massage, Nuat Thai Spa is a popular choice across Metro Manila
Herbal Pools and Saunas
One of the highlights of my visit was the Hot Herbal Pools. Located right across the dry and wet saunas, these aromatherapy pools come in three different scents.
I personally loved the Lavender pool. Since the water is quite hot, I recommend a “slow dip” technique: start with your calves, move to your waist, and then fully submerge once your body adjusts. It’s the perfect setting for catching up and chatting with friends.
Lapping Pool
If you want to practice your strokes, there is a dedicated deep-water lapping pool (note: the water here is colder than the massage pools).

Food and Service
After your session, you can visit the Ace Water Spa Cafe. While the prices are a bit higher than your average coffee shop, the service is incredibly attentive. It’s a nice spot to grab a caffeine fix before heading home.
