After watching Fast & Furious 7 on its first day, April 4, Cojie and I decided to eat at Wingstop because it is the one nearest in Cinema and the only opened restaurant in TriNoma. They have tables inside and outside and people are quite many. Maybe because it was Black Saturday (the very first time for the malls to open after holy week).

Flavors

Wingstop’s interior is nice, like an American-inspired but not too elegant like TGIF. On their walls, the flavors of their wings are written there like: Original Hot, Teriyaki, Louisiana Rub, Oriental Soy Pepper, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Mild, Lemon Pepper, Cajun, Atomic, Hawaiian, and Garlic Parmesan.

Boneless Chicken Bites

We ordered the 8 Boneless Chicken Bites which costs P175. We were asked to have two flavors and tried the Louisana Rub and the Lemon Pepper.

This restaurant in TriNoma serves chicken wings!

Chipotle Rice

We also ordered Chipotle rice for P45 each. After that, we were given a buzzer (like what is often used in milk tea stores) or whatever it is called.

Taste

To our surprise, the wings are tiny! Cojie thought that the flavor of the chicken is on the inside but it is only on the breadcrumbs plus the flavors that we got are too salty for our liking and to think that Lousina Rub is their bestseller for flavors, I guess this restaurant’s preference is salty. Cojie kiddingly told me that KFC’s chicken is better. Lol. Their chipotle rice isn’t bad, though, where it was served is just a problem because it’s cramped like the rice was falling off on the table every time I feed myself.

Overall Experience

To sum it all up, we were not impressed by its serving size and disappointed with the taste, the price is not bad though and the place is nice. We were deceived by the beauty of the ambiance. The staff is nice and accommodating even if the store is near to its closing time.
